About Kiersyn

Hi, my name is Kiersyn and I am a freshman at Baylor! I am studying psychology and double minoring in forensic science/criminal justice. I'm originally from Fort Worth but I've lived in Lake St. Louis, Missouri for most of my life. I am also moving to the Lorena area shortly! I am planning on rushing and getting a part-time job this semester so please reach out to me concerning my availability, thanks! My childcare experience began when I was 11 years old, babysitting and nannying, and later, I had the privilege of working as a daycare teacher for children up to 5 years old, which I continue to work at when I am home on breaks! I effortlessly connect with children and build trusting relationships with their parents through open communication and keeping parents updated about their child's day/night! I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and I work closely with parents to ensure that their expectations surrounding their child/children's care are met.
