We have used Kiersten on many occasions to watch our 3 kiddos. She is always on time, follows through with any instructions I give her, and so great/interactive with the kids. She makes sure everything is put up, cleaned and in order by the time we get home, most times leaving it better than how she found it! We will continue to use Kiersten when we can and I highly recommend her for anyone else needing a babysitter/nanny!
