I have booked Kiaya several times. She is always on time. She communicates very well , confirms in advance, sends me pics of my kid while we're away. She is also just very kind and very sweet with our daughter. My kid is slow to warm up to everyone but settles in with Kiaya which is a huge deal. She works with kids professionally so she brings a lot of experience.
