Medical Student taking a short break from clinical work and studying for my boards! I also work with at-risk adolescent youth part-time and have five years of child-care experience as a baby sitter. I'm pretty calm and patient, I enjoy supporting a child's sense of self, creativity, and imagination. Love to bake, do crafts, engage in outdoor activities, etc. I'm all about staying active, keeping children engaged, and having fun! I've also tutored in math up to Calculus I and in the sciences if that is of any interest. I understand the importance of open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or address any concerns. My goal is to support families by providing reliable childcare that aligns with their parenting style and values. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting choices.
