I ensure effective communication with parents by providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure a consistent approach. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and educational activities, I enjoy playing a wide range of games with children. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time and have experience with all age groups. I'm also fluent in Spanish and have a car, making it convenient for outings and transportation.
