About Kiana

For the past five years, I've been with the same family in Los Angeles. I took care of three young girls now aged 5, 10, and 13. There aren't words to effectively explain the absolute joy it has been to see these wonderful girls grow and come into themselves. Any attempt at expressing my gratitude for this family also falls short. They've demonstrated such beautiful examples of kindness, compassion and consideration. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been a part of their family unit. Their gracious company has advanced me in child care. I believe that every second in a child's life is sacred, so it is essential to move very intentionally with them. The behaviors they observe and the words they absorb during their formative years need to be consciously curated as their impact is profound. As someone who will be spending a substantial amount of time with your children, I will not only ensure their care and safety but also guarantee they feel both seen and heard.
