Hi, I'm Kiana! I'm currently looking for a full time position. I have worked in a few preschools, as well as being a personal nanny for multiple families. I am capable of creating fun and educational activities to do. Positive reinforcement and kind words are the way I provide care. I'm not afraid to get a little dirty in the backyard or while going on adventures. I'm here to make sure that your family & children are happy, safe and healthy. I have 14 years experience with newborns-18y, multiples, more than one set of multiples at a time and multiple children at once. I also have 9 years experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. In which I have worked as an in home care giver, a DSP & a RBT.
