About Kiana

Hello my name is Kiana. I am a lifelong learner with a passion for instilling in and sharing the joy for learning with today's youth. I was homeschooled K-12 and have an appreciation for non traditional education. My professional background: after graduating University in 2018, I spent 6 years in corporate marketing. Earlier this year, I felt a calling to step away from the desk job and pursue work that would be more meaningful to me and better align with my values and the calling I feel on my life. I currently manage a private organic home food garden and have extra time on my hands. I have always loved working with children, from volunteering in afterschool tutoring and sports programs throughout high school and college, to nannying, and most recently volunteering as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization.
