My nanny-kids/charges call me Ki Ki! I take pride in teaching practical life-skills with intention, while staying flexible for spontaneous play (the real teacher). I love to take my charges to local parks, libraries, & museums. We eat out occasionally and practice riding the city bus. If you follow Janet Lansbury, we will get along! RIE/respectful parenting is mainly what I practice. Unofficially Montessori. Every child deserves respect, love, security from their people. LGBT+ friendly is a must. Since becoming a nanny in 2016, I have learned so much from all of my charges. My current nanny-kids are going to school at the beginning of August, so I'm looking to start working with another great family soon. Ideally 15-30 hours a week with the flexibility to bring my daughter (born 2/2023) on agreed-upon days.

Kiana is a kind, thoughtful, and patient caregiver. She models these qualities so well that I’ve learned a lot from her the past year as she has cared for our 2 year old child. She is always open-minded and direct in turn, and an overall wonderful person that we feel lucky to have involved in our family’s life.
