About Kiana

I first got my start as a nanny back in 2012 when I was in college and quickly jumped into taking on more organizational and household responsibilities due to my self starting nature. Transparently I have been a Cornell professor for the last two years but have really been missing my time in Household Management. While I am great with kids, my core competency is helping households run efficiently so that clients can spend their time in ways that are meaningful to them. I have experience overseeing household interior and exterior projects, sourcing and paying vendors, ensuring the proper coverages are in place for nannies and chefs, planning and preparing for travel, creating household manuals for different staff positions, hiring for new housekeepers and groundsmen, ensuring home is prepared for guests at holidays/parties/events, overseeing household maintenance, and much more. I am professional, punctual, and have a high level of discretion.
