I have been in childcare for 17 years and have worked with all ages from 5 days old to 13 years old. Kiana "AJ" was more than we could have ever hoped for in a nanny for our daughter. She cared for our daughter for about 8 months (3-11 months old) and we wish we could have kept her forever!!! She is kind, experienced, and so thoughtful. She's a wonderful communicator and we really valued her input as our daughter hit new milestones, sleep challenges, changes in food, etc. AJ was more than equipped to handle all the things first time parents dont know to expect. I never had any doubts our daughter was in the most capable hands. Never any screen time during the day and very creative activities even for the littlest of littles. AJ truly is one in a million!
