About Kiana

I've been caring for children for over three years this is not including my own . I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment for them to grow and learn. I've had the privilege of caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I have experience with special needs children as well. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I always put the needs of the children in my care first. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and I make it a point to keep parents informed about their child's day. I follow their preferred communication method and am always happy to discuss any issues or concerns they may have. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and expectations, and I believe that it's important to be consistent and fair with children. I use positive reinforcement and redirection to encourage good behavior, and I always try to find ways to make learning fun. In my free time, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games.
