Kiana was excellent with my toddler! Very sweet, very professional, and very easy to work with. I needed her to watch my child while I was working from home for part of the visit, and while I tried not to eavesdrop or micromanage, I could see and hear that she made him feel very comfortable and happy. He really enjoyed her visit and asked for her again as soon as she left!
