About Kiana

With over 7 years of experience working with children, I am a dedicated and passionate caregiver. I began my journey in childcare at 15, starting as a babysitter and discovering my love for nurturing and supporting children. Since then, I have worked as a Before and After School Teacher and Curriculum Creator, helping kids develop personally and socially. Currently, I am wrapping up my Child Life Specialist certification, furthering my expertise in supporting children through challenging situations, both emotionally and developmentally. I take pride in creating safe, engaging, and educational environments, tailored to each child's unique needs. I am committed to providing a positive and caring experience for both children and families.
