Hello! My name is Kiah and I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. I currently work at a children's hospital, but I have used Care. com throughout high school and college and have cared for 10+ families, as young as 4 months to 16 years old, throughout this time. I would still love to use this to pick up hours for events such as date nights or occasional needs. Aside from the hospital, I have experience working with children from working as a summer time nanny (ages 4-6 years), substitute teacher at a daycare (ages 6 weeks-5 years), camp counselor for children with different medical and special needs, as well as volunteering in the playroom at the hospital. I am very energetic and passionate when it comes to working with children and I hope that comes across from reading this little paragraph about me! She responded immediately to a last minute fill in request. When she met my kids, my 1 year old was so comfortable with her, she climbed in her lap and just hugged her for the longest time!!! Very unusual for my kiddo. The day she took care of my kids, she was amazing. She got the kids to eat all of their food, take their naps, and kept them happy and engaged. She relates well to kids with a calm quiet demeanor. She is professional, punctual, and I would recommend her without reservation!!! I hope she will be available for our future needs!
