About Kia

As a passionate childcare provider with three years of experience, my mission is to foster children's growth and development while supporting families. My calm and creative nature allows me to connect with children and create a nurturing environment where they can thrive. I believe in open and regular communication with parents, keeping them updated on their child's day and addressing any concerns they may have. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. From outdoor adventures to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that cater to different interests and age groups. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens. With some college education and coursework in early child development, I'm continuously expanding my knowledge and skills. I hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I'm a Child Development Associate (CDA).
