Hello! My name is Khorynn, but I mostly have kiddos call me Kay (it is easier to say)! Briefly about me - I am 19 years old. I attend the University of Oregon. I am studying to get my Bachelor of Arts degree in Education with my secondary language being American Sign Language (ASL). I grew up going to babysitting jobs with my mother and sister, so I am very familiar working with kids. I currently work at a childcare development center in downtown Eugene Considering I have worked in 2 childcare facilities previously, and currently am employed at one now, I hold many state-required certifications. I like working with kids because no day is the same. I am looking for flexible families, as I am still a student. One thing you should know about me is I dislike being late. I would rather be 20 minutes early than 5 minutes late. My skills include patience, understanding, and I am able to direct children in a way that gets the point across without feeling overwhelming.
