I would describe my personality as empathetic, driven, and adaptable. I value understanding and connecting with others, allowing me to approach situations with compassion and care. My drive pushes me to set ambitious goals and work hard to achieve them, while my adaptability helps me navigate challenges and adjust to changing situations. These traits enable me to build meaningful relationships and excel in dynamic environments. My passion for working with children stems from being the eldest of six siblings. Growing up, I naturally helped with homework, provided guidance, and supported my siblings through challenges. These experiences taught me patience, empathy, and how to connect with kids on a meaningful level. As a childcare provider for three years, I built on those skills and found great joy in seeing children grow and thrive. Families should know I am committed to creating a positive, nurturing environment where children feel valued, safe, and supported as they learn and grow.
