I was a nanny for four years for a family of six children (ages newborn to 11) I helping with chores, meal prep, laundry, overnight care, and schooling. After that I worked at a daycare for a short time and then moved on to working in the field of juvenile psychiatric care with children from ages 6-18. Over the nine years I did this I worked as a skills trainer, a supervisor, and then a program supervisor. Most recently I was a manager of a group home for children with dual diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, fetal alcohol syndrome, etc. I am good at building relationships with children, coaching with routines and observing changes within temperament and problem solving.
