About Kevin

I have experience providing companionship for a gentleman who suffered from kidney disease and also cared for my 92-year-old mother, for whom I made sure she had a diabetes friendly diet. I have a food ministry and cook weekly for a 50 person church gathering. I do the grocery shopping for our household, so I'm familiar with local stores as well as running routine errands. I've always been very active in church work and have a gift of service. As a Certified Lay Minister in my church, I have successfully completed both Safe Gatherings and Keeping Our Sacred Trust training. I'm very interested in being able to provide compassionate companionship and also be a resource so people in caregiver roles can get out of the house, either for necessities or just to get a much needed break. I'm willing to do cooking, light housework if necessary and run errands including shopping. I'm not interested in providing personal care such as cleansing or assisting with the bathroom, etc.
