We hired KB as a full time nanny for my then 4 month old. KB cared for my daughter until she was 10 months old when we decided to go a different route for care for her. She is patient, caring and very responsible. My daughter loves her and missed her for weeks after we transitioned her out. KB is very flexible and was able to help multiple times when I needed by coming in early, staying late, helping with work around the house, anything I needed to manage work (I work from home) and the baby. KB checks in with you on and takes care of the baby like you want to, and does not force her thoughts on you. That said, she has always suggested things to us that have been VERY helpful - she suggested a sleep training contact and we are so thankful we used that, she also recommended toys to help the baby learn and grow which were a huge hit with her, she got some finger food for the baby and asked us if we would like to try it to get the baby started on the pincer grasp. Loved the initiative and the interest she took in the baby but also not imposing her thoughts. She is safe and responsible and I always felt safe leaving the baby with her. I would highly recommend KB as a nanny for your little one if you are looking for a trustworthy, caring and loving nanny.
