I am a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) with over 20 years of caregiving experience. My journey as a caregiver began as a way to reconnect with my roots in healthcare, drawing from my background as a medical doctor in my home country. I am passionate about helping others and take great pride in seeing my patients improve each day. I approach my work with integrity and a deep commitment to treating every patient with dignity and respect. As a reliable and dedicated caregiver, I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for my clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Tam writing this letter of reference for Katamadze K. (Kate, my mother in-law's former live-in home health aide. We met in Pompton Plains and from the moment I spoke to her, I knew she was going to be a wonderful caregiver. She is bright, energetic, and has extensive medical training, well beyond the traditional Certified Nurse's Assistant She managed my mother-in-law's daily personal activities bathing, dressing, food preparation, medicine management, mobility, and transportation to o appointments as well as is managing her he home cleaning laundry, mail and shopping). She was much more than a caregiver, she was a companion, to my mother-in- law (Ruby) which was so important. Rudy has major depressive disorder and is on many psychiatric drugs Taking care of an individual like this, along with the traditional medical issues is very challenging Kate would observe Ruby's reaction to new drugs and monitor the impacts that would in tum, help the doctors adjust the meds accordingly, Ruby would often pace the floors at all hours of the night or wake up having a panic attack, and Kate would be able to calm her down, which was so very important. Kate's sleep was often disrupted but she never complained and always remained very positive. Ruby was very lucky to have such wonderful care
