I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. Enforcing household rules is essential for children's safety and development, and I'm very comfortable doing so. I ensure that rules are age-appropriate and explained to the children in a clear and understanding manner.
