About Kestrel

As a caregiver with six years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting roles have been incredibly rewarding, and I'm excited about the opportunity to positively impact more children's lives. My patient, calm, and creative personality allows me to connect with children easily. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring that I follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to provide a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging in age from infants to preteens. I am in nursing school and have completed CPR training.
