I am currently working as a teacher assistant for the past 10 years. I am certified with the New York State Department of Education. I work with children with disabilities and learning delays. I have ongoing training to support students improving their day to day lives. I work on everyday task as well as their academic goals. I love engaging children in and around their community. I am fun, creative, patient and energetic. I will work closely with your child to provide the best results both for the child and the entire family. Strengthening the child's emotional, physical and mental well being is essential to ensure that they are achieving the best possible outcome for the child. I work on every day living skills to help children improve their lives one step at a time. Meanwhile, working on behavioral issues whether they are verbal or nonverbal. Improving a child's behavior can help them develop a better way of communicating with others and limit frustrations and anxious behaviors.
