About Kerrie

As a naturally patient and caring individual, I feel I was born to be a mom and a teacher. I have dedicated the last two decades of my life to nurturing the growth and development of my own children and those I teach. My passion for childcare stems from my experiences as an educator, as well as being a mom to 4 amazing human beings (ages 16-22). With my graduate degree in education and extensive training in child development, I am well-equipped to provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for your child. My approach to childcare involves open and consistent communication with parents. I believe in providing regular updates on your child's day, both verbally at pickup and through written daily reports. I am also very comfortable enforcing household to ensure a structured and safe environment for your child. I am a full time middle school math teacher and I'm looking to supplement my current role as an educator with part-time after school care and/or tutoring.
