Kerrie worked on a daily basis with our toddler solo, but on occasion she managed parties and events for us and has the extraordinary capacity to plan ahead to manage and meet the needs of many many kids at one time. We were extremely fortunate to work with her for an entire year. Kerrie is a super communicator - straightforward and considerate. Empathetic and gentle, but also superb at setting and holding clear boundaries with kids. She is also incredibly creative and playful, engaged and attentive to infant and toddler development.
