As a dedicated childcare provider with nine years of experience, I find great joy in nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and their families. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring I understand their preferences and concerns. I follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and values. To enhance my skills and knowledge, I have completed coursework in early child development and hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am also certified as a Child Development Associate (CDA) and have taken ECE coursework.
