Warning: quits job, no notice, over text When I offered this person her job, she was given an outline of her duties up front. She accepted along with her pay and schedule. After starting her job awhile, she decided it was more than she could handle, writes me a text to quit with no notice, leaving me, a working mom and my little 5 month old stranded without any plan. Whilst making sure she reminded us in her last text how much we owe her. How can any family trust her with their children? As a nanny it is important to understand this is people's life you've been welcomed in. Not a corporate job to disappear without consequences. Events like this terrifies me leaving my child with someone hired. They can quit without consideration. Life and decisions change, but Good nannies care to give some time for parents to adjust or find help because it involves their children. Unfortunately, Kennedy is not one of them.
