About Kenleigh

I'd describe my personality as calm, bright and loving I like working with kids because they're fun and spontaneous. I enjoy planning a day full of activities, making fun lunches and helping them learn. I am a stay at home mom with a baby. Ideally I would like to bring him along I started working with kids when I was a kid basically. Growing up I always had to watch my younger cousins. Throughout childhood I dog sat for the neighbors and once I reached high school I started sitting for a family I still sit for today. In my spare time, I like to sail, snowboard, yoga and weight training. I have experience with kids on the spectrum, in high school I would spend time in the special education room helping out. I also have family members on the spectrum giving me a lot of experience aiding in emotion regulation. I was a grill cook for 5 years so I have experience cooking. People say I have a natural sense with kids, I tend to know what they need even if they can't communicate it well.
