Since there were not many children in the area, I spent countless hours helping my grandmother with housekeeping, meal preparation, gardening (flower & vegetable) & food preservation to name a few. Having spent so much time with my grandparents set the stage for caring for the elderly. I worked for nearly 10 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with employment in both home health care settings through different agencies and in a skilled nursing facility in Richmond, Indiana. I have worked private duty as an independent contractor since September 12, 2019 finding most of my clients through Care. com. My experience in caring for the elderly exceeds 26 years. Kendra is fantastic! She helped to care for my grandmother during her final weeks. She made wonderful recommendations and is very skilled at what she does. She has a wonderful personality and got along with all of our family members. I trust Kendra completely - she is a wonderful caregiver! She truly cares about the person and the people she is working with. If you are looking for a thoughtful, caring, and prepared caregiver, then look no further! I am so thankful that Kendra helped to care for my grandmother during her last weeks. My grandmother suffered from severe dementia, Parkinson's, kidney disease, and high blood pressure (among other health challenges). Kendra was very educated and had helpful suggestions to make daily life easier for my grandmother and our family as we continued to care for her. Highly recommend!
