About Kendra

First, I am the proud mother of a 14-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son. I was raised in the Methodist church and am a Christian. I am a fourth grade teacher, who loves the meaningful interactions with kids/students and am available to tutor as well. I am experienced in working with children, who have special needs and am CPR certified. I believe in redirecting negative behaviors and praising positive behaviors as much as possible. I'm very creative in planning activities to keep kids' brains and bodies physically and mentally active. I used to be a Wellness Coach at the YMCA, and I'm just now expanding my services to childcare in your home or mine. My daughter and I live in North Fort Worth. We will be the only ones home if you elect to have your kiddos stay with me. I'm looking to build relationships with families and aid busy families while providing safe, nurturing care.
