Kendra has been a capable, reliable, and loving nanny to our two kids for over a year now. She was easily the most organized, responsive, and enthusiastic candidate when we were looking for a nanny in 2022 to care for our newborn and preschooler. Her experience managing multiple infants/toddlers in a daycare helped as she was adaptable and skilled with caring for our daughter since 3 months old, navigating the many changes over the first year alongside us. She has provided care and attention for both kids, with drawing/painting, singing, dancing, reading books, walks/outdoor time, and regular trips to the library, petting farm, parks, and picnics/lunch outings. She is often better at keeping the kids in a routine and planning small activities/crafts for them than we are. We relied on her to help with pickups for our son from preschool without any concerns. She has managed both kids being sick, baby teething, and our preschooler learning boundaries and managing emotions. She assists with kids’ laundry, dishes, kids’ food prep, and other household tasks which have made our lives easier. Of the other nannies/babysitters we have had, she has been good at communication, on time, and dependable. Most of all, the kids love spending time with her and she enjoys the time with them, too. If our care needs were not changing soon, we would love to keep Kendra as a nanny - our investment in having her as a nanny has been so worth it!
