About Kendra

Hello! My name is Kendra, I am married & have a 3-year-old son. I am an occupational therapy assistant in a behavior school for grades K-12. Previously, I was a nursing nanny for a diabetic child & her sister for over 10 years. I also was a nanny for over 8 years to a family of 3 children. I have an early childhood education certificate, medical assistant certificate, esthetics license, I worked as a toddler teacher and at a psychiatric hospital as an occupational therapy assistant. I am caring, nurturing, honest, flexible & reliable. Kids are awesome & brighten my life. I love helping them become smart, fun, confident and independent people. As a pediatric occupational therapy assistant, I can offer arts and crafts, gross motor activities, sensory play, emotional regulation and help with school work (especially handwriting). My career as a nanny and occupational therapy assistant has been very rewarding and thats why I wish to continue helping families with their childcare needs.
