About Kendell

I like working with kids because they are so curious and genuine. I've been a nanny, a teacher, and one day a mom and love every aspect of working with kids. I started working with kids when I was a camp assistant at 11, then worked up to a counselor. I also have worked at Therapeutic riding schools, working with kids of all abilities and backgrounds. Now my career is mostly teaching kids about science, nature, and agriculture. In my spare time, I like to paint and draw (I'm a graphic novelist) and I also run my family's farm that has chickens, horses, dogs, and an acre of produce. My skills include promoting critical thinking and motor skills, learning through play, and promoting healthy emotional regulation habits.
