Hi Nathan and Emily, I am a former teacher transitioning out of the classroom looking to nanny/babysit as I am actively applying to jobs. A part time position like the one you have posted is ideal, and I can start immediately. I was a 6th grade math teacher for four years, with many internship years, I worked at a child development site for four years in college, and I have nannied for multiple families with various aged children, ranging from infant to 12 years old. My background in education gives me a strong understanding of kids growing and learning developmental stages. I love creating activities and play that are not just fun but also help them develop various important skills. I am patient, responsible, organized, timely, and kind.
