I have spent most of my working experience with children of all ages, a majority of it with special needs individuals. My experience ranges from swim lessons/lifeguards, summer camps, babysitting, life/personal/home skill work with a range of special needs children, and in home respite care for 2 children on the autism spectrum. My education background was in child development with an emphasis on speech and hearing milestones. I am incredibly passionate about making a difference and supporting families in any way that I can. I have had previous first aid and CPR training and will be getting recertified (I have been in an office space the last 5 years and my certification lapsed)
