I have had pets my whole life therefore I have much experience taking care of them. I grew up on a farm and love all types of animals. I have worked at a boarding and grooming place for cats and dogs. During this position I took care of the animals by managing their playtime, feeding, and walking schedules. I also have experience with animals that need medication and I am aware of techniques I was taught by a veterinarian to make swallowing medicine an easier experience for the animal. I have no problem giving shots to animals that are diabetic or that may have other conditions where injections are needed. My demeanor is very positive and caring. I believe animals can sense this about me and have no problem being comfortable with me entering their home and taking care of them.
