Kemshah babysat for our 8 year old son for a Friday night out. She was punctual and friendly! She played games and crafted with clay with our active kiddo. She asked good questions about safety (allergies etc.) and job expectations. We would have her back for future jobs. Even though she has not had lots of childcare experience yet, she was hardworking and diligent. I admire that she is shifting her work life to get more experience in a field that will prepare her for a career in education.
