About Kelsey

As a patient, calm, and imaginative individual with a passion for nurturing young minds, I have 15+ years experience working with children as a nanny, tutor and teacher. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles in college, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and foster their growth. I now hold a graduate degree (and almost 2!) am a certified teacher, and have completed coursework in early childhood development. I am a mental health therapist trainee and currently work with children and teens of all ages! My approach to childcare is centered around open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that I fully understand their expectations and preferences for their child's care. I believe in creating a nurturing environment that encourages learning through play and exploration. Whether we're engaging in outdoor sports, educational games, or swimming (since I'm a surfer!), your child will be in a safe and stimulating environment.
