Kelsey was so great! We really appreciated her relaxed, positive demeanor and our 18m kid was comfortable with Kelsey right off the bat! We felt completely safe leaving our most precious creatures (the kid, the dog, and the cats) in Kelsey's care. She was also on time and flexible with her schedule.
