About Kelsey

My experience with math tutoring has been quite rewarding. I have been a private tutor for 12 years now and enjoy helping others succeed. When student's come in to receive help in math, ranging from students coming out of high school to the individuals who have had families and now are going to school, it makes me feel good making a difference in their lives. I enjoy helping individuals with math phobias, struggles and challenges become more understandable and doable rather than a fear. I have 4 years of experience working as a private tutor for a wide variety of students with disabilities. I try to use lots of examples and ask do you understand frequently so I know my student is following and understanding the material. I can help individuals with graphing calculators, give examples, show you how to do them first, then let you try one and I can see where your area of confusion may be. I'm available on nights, weekends & and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
