Kelsey really impressed us as one of the smartest, grounded and caring nanny's we had interviewed. We wanted to hire her immediately but realized (my error) that she couldn't start for a few weeks. What an absolute gem Kelsey is....within minutes my 2 year old seemed to fall in love with her which is rare.
