With two years of dedicated experience as a special education teacher, I have been deeply involved in a sub separate program tailored for students with emotional disabilities. My role involves creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), employing specialized strategies to support emotional and academic growth, and fostering a nurturing and structured environment. Through collaboration with colleagues, families, and support staff, I strive to empower my students, helping them build resilience and achieve their fullest potential.
