About Kelsey

There is no better qualification for pet care than having owned one yourself! I have grown up with dogs around the house ever since I was 8 years old. We're an active family, and often take my husky/pit bull mix on long runs (although never long enough, it seems, to satisfy his desire to run!). My older dog, a lab mix, is older, and I enjoy taking her on much more mellow trips where she can sniff the world to her heart's content. Playing with the dogs, of course, is just the fun part. I've had experience with the less exciting tasks too: feeding, bathing, brushing, some light training (sit, lie down), and of course cleaning up messes. I'm hoping to apply to veterinary school within the next few years, so caring for dogs is my passion. I love all kinds, big and small, and I hope to give them the love and attention they deserve.
