About Kelsey

I have my associate degree in Early Childhood/Preschool Education. I have worked in daycares for 5 years and have lead classrooms from ages 3-5 years old. I have found a true passion for working with children and am searching for a family setting that I feel would be a better fit for me. I have an abundance of experience creating developmentally appropriate activities to fill in spare time we may have while also managing a safe environment for the children in my care. I believe my experience from working in child care centers has allowed me to be confident in my ability to care for children, while also managing a schedule/routine, allowing the children in my care to feel safe and know what's to come next. I recently had my first daughter in August and would love to be able to have her come to work with me, while also getting socialization with other children.
