About Kelsey

Kelsey has been a middle school math teacher in San Francisco for 7 years at various private schools in the city. She graduated with a B. S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Connecticut. She quickly missed the classroom and found her passion fostering a love of math to children and young adults. She has been tutoring since high school and specializes in middle school math, but will work with math students at all levels. Kelsey will help with homework, concept reinforcement/preview, and thinking strategies. It's her goal to help her clients to become independent and confident learners. She offers homework club (for small groups) and 1-on-1 tutoring.
