Hi, I'm a mature in age mother of a son with high functioning autism at 22 I'm a very responsible, compassionate and fun- loving, high energy caregiver, who's patient and reliable. I have cared for multiple special needs clients in the last 9 years, some being on the spectrum and autism with verbal limits. What I can provide parents and families is the opportunity to take a break, relax, run errands, work, etc.., while I keep your child/ young adult engaged in safe, fun, and functional activities in your home. I love working with those who are developmentally challenged in some way and it's so rewarding to help each one become more independent if possible. Building a relationship with the client by having open communication is so important. My hourly rate is determined by the extent of care requested and I'm open to discussion.
