About Kelly

Kelly has a wonderful rapport and an ability to connect with all of her students. Kelly makes sure that all of her students are engaged and on task. Her talent at teaching simple concepts, as well as more advanced topics, is truly superior. Kelly has implemented the Common Core Standards and Balanced Math within her teaching. In the last two years Kelly has taken on the challenge of providing an Algebra course to our high achieving students. Kelly uses data to make sound instructional decisions to make sure that all her students are learning the standards she is teaching. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. Kelly can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She accomplishes these tasks with great initiative and with a very positive attitude. Kelly has taken many roles at our school including mentoring our new teachers. Kelly is a great resource to the teachers, coming up with ideas and suggestions to help support the new teacher and teachers that are in the middle school.
