About Kelly

Hi! I'm Kelly and I'm 29. I can be seen most frequently holding the newest baby at our family gatherings while the baby's mother is eating. I was raised in a house where we were spoken to like adults at every age. My parents focused on using enthusiasm and respect in their voices over dumbing things down for us or using baby talk. I've always done the same thing to kids and I've learned they really take to it in a positive way. I'm not a parent, but I learn as I go with each kid and adjust as I get to know them, because they really are all so different- especially being raised by different sets of parents. I just love the joy you can absorb being around children and seeing the world through their eyes. My main focus is making sure the quieter ones feel just as included as the more outgoing ones. As a former hyper kid myself, I also want to make sure that the more outgoing ones never feel like they are being dulled down. Everyone always has a place and a listening ear when I'm around.
